We want you and your cats to be happy! You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, plush/fabric components that have been used by your pet cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case Boxikat will cover the return shipping cost.
